How Forms Are Processed

Our website forms are processed through Formspree, a third-party form handling service. When you submit a form, Formspree transmits that information to our email so we can respond. Each request is also sent to our own lead system, which texts the details to our team so we can call you back quickly. Formspree processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Text Messages (SMS)

You only opt in to receive text messages from us by visiting northmetropros.com, clicking "Get My Free Inspection," entering your phone number in the request form, and checking the optional SMS consent box before submitting the form. You may provide an email instead of a phone number. The phone number field and SMS checkbox are optional; the checkbox is not pre-checked and is not required to submit the form or request an inspection. Text messages are related to your roofing inquiry and may include things like confirming we got your request, asking when works for an inspection, offering appointment times, confirming a booked appointment, sending a reminder the day before, and handling reschedules.

We only text you about the project you contacted us about. We do not send marketing blasts or promotional texts.

Message frequency depends on where you are in the process. You might get a few texts in a day while we're scheduling, and then nothing until your reminder. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You can opt out of our text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You can reply HELP for help, or just call us at 770-520-7079. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to contact us by phone or email.

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties who may receive your phone number are (1) our form processor Formspree, solely for the purpose of delivering your inquiry to us, and (2) your insurance company, if you've asked us to coordinate a claim on your behalf. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Period. This applies equally to mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data, which are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
