Roofing Done
the Right Way.
There's no secret to a good roof job. It's doing the basics right, every time. You'll work directly with Austin, Steve or Dylan. You get a straight answer after the inspection, and a written, itemized scope before any work starts. Someone from our team stays on-site with the crew all day.
When we're done, we clean up, walk the job with you, and send photos of the finished work. If it's a storm claim, we meet your adjuster at the house.
That's how a roof job should go, and it's how we do every one.
"Dylan was honest, dependable, and did what he said he was going to do."

One Woodstock.
Different Roofs.
Woodstock has 1980s Towne Lake homes, 2000s subdivisions off Highway 92, and new homes still going up. The age of the roof changes what we look for, and storms don't skip the new ones.
What We Look For, by Roof Age
Every house is different, but the age of the roof tells us where to start.
Newer Homes
Storm damage doesn't wait for a roof to get old.
On April 10, 2025, NOAA logged hail up to 2.5 inches, about tennis-ball size, on the northwest side of Woodstock. Hail like that can bruise a five-year-old roof, and you usually can't see it from the ground. We get up there, photograph it, and tell you if it's worth a claim.
In some newer townhome communities, like Haddonstone off Woodstock Parkway, the HOA takes care of the shingles, so call the HOA first.
2000s Homes
Many are coming up on their first replacement.
Original roofs on these homes are 16 to 26 years old now. Pipe boots crack, valleys wear thin, and one storm can finish off a tired roof. The April 2025 storm dropped quarter-size hail at Highway 92 and Trickum Road, next to The Woodlands.
1980s & '90s Homes
Most are on their second roof, or should be.
Many were built with three-tab shingles, and those original roofs are around 30 years old or older now. Eagle Watch's HOA requires architectural shingles and says a discontinued shingle means a whole new roof. Deer Run's doesn't allow patching on roofs three years or older. We check before we give you a price.

Common
Questions
Answers to what we hear most from homeowners.
A lot of it comes down to the shingles around the problem. If they still lift and reseal without cracking, a repair usually holds. If they're brittle and break when we lift them, a patch won't last.
We also find where the water is actually getting in. A stain under a valley can start higher up, at a wall or a vent pipe. We'll show you photos of what we find so you can decide.
It depends on the roof's size and pitch, the materials you pick, and the condition of the decking. You get a written price after a free inspection, and our roof replacement FAQ explains what drives it.
If storm damage is involved, we document the damage thoroughly and meet with your adjuster when needed.
While homeowners must file their own claim, we give the adjuster the photos and paperwork so the scope matches what actually needs fixing.
No. Most homeowners aren’t sure whether they’re looking at a repair, storm damage, or something that needs a full replacement. That's fine. We inspect the roof, explain what we find, and help you figure out the right next step. No sales script and no pressure. We live in the area and we'll give you a straight answer.
