Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the North Metro Roofing website at northmetropros.com, our SMS messaging program, and the services we provide. By using our website, submitting an inquiry through our contact form, or enrolling in our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the messaging program. These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Free Inspections & Estimates

We offer free, no-obligation roof inspections and written estimates. Requesting an inspection doesn't obligate you to hire us, and our estimates are good-faith pricing based on what we see at the time of the inspection. Final project pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions are discovered once work begins. We'll always talk through any changes with you before proceeding.

Any work we perform is subject to a separate written proposal or contract that both parties sign. These Terms do not themselves form a contract for roofing services.

SMS Messaging Program

Program name: North Metro Roofing Appointment Messaging.

Program description: This is a conversational messaging program that sends appointment-scheduling and service-related text messages to homeowners who have submitted an inquiry to North Metro Roofing and checked the optional SMS consent box on our website form. Message types include acknowledgment of your inquiry, requests for scheduling preferences, offers of specific appointment times, booking confirmations, day-before reminders, reschedule prompts, and brief follow-up questions related to your project. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages through this program.

How you opt in: You opt in by visiting northmetropros.com, clicking "Get My Free Inspection," entering your phone number in the request form, and checking the optional SMS consent box before submitting the form. You may provide an email instead of a phone number. The phone number field and SMS checkbox are optional; the checkbox is not pre-checked and is not required to submit the form or request an inspection. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on where you are in the scheduling process. You may receive several messages in a single day while we're coordinating an appointment, and then no further messages until a reminder is sent the day before your inspection.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Check with your carrier if you're unsure what your plan covers.

How to opt out: You can cancel the SMS messaging program at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send, and we will unsubscribe you from the program. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will not receive any additional text messages from us unless you re-enroll.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for, and do not warrant, the performance of any wireless carrier's network. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and only to request services we actually provide. You won't use the site or our contact forms to transmit spam, malware, or misleading information. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for anyone who violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including photos of completed projects, written descriptions, logos, and branding, belongs to North Metro Roofing or to photographers and creators who have licensed it to us. Please don't copy, repost, or reuse our content without permission. Linking to our site is fine; republishing our photos or copy as your own is not.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The contents of the site are not a substitute for a professional on-site inspection. Any warranties that apply to the actual roofing work we perform are stated separately in the written contract or proposal for that project.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Georgia law, North Metro Roofing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the SMS messaging program, including lost opportunities, lost data, or delays in communication. Our total liability for any claim arising from the website or the messaging program is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to our liability under the actual contract for any roofing work we perform, which is governed by that contract.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the website, or the SMS messaging program will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes to the SMS messaging program, like a change in message types or a change in opt-out procedures, will also be reflected here, and existing subscribers will be notified by text before any such change takes effect. Continuing to use the site or the messaging program after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
