Need a New Roof
in Woodstock?
We Handle Every Layer.
From tear-off and decking inspection to underlayment, ventilation, and cleanup, we replace the full roofing system the right way.
Every Roof Replacement
Covers the Full System.
A roof replacement should fix the whole system, not just cover it up with new shingles. That means inspecting the decking, replacing the components that matter, and making sure ventilation and waterproofing are handled correctly from the start.
Down to the Deck
Every layer of old roofing comes off. We never roof over existing shingles. That means we can see exactly what's underneath and fix it before anything new goes on.
Inspection & Repair
Once the old roof is off, we inspect every inch of decking for soft spots, rot, and water damage. Damaged boards are replaced before anything goes on top.
Shield
Applied at eaves, valleys, and all penetration points to help stop leaks when wind-driven rain or backed-up water gets under your shingles. Those are the spots most likely to leak on any roof.
Underlayment
A premium, breathable underlayment layer covers the entire deck. It adds another layer of moisture protection and helps the whole roof last longer.
& Ventilation
Factory-made starter strips seal the eaves, matched ridge cap finishes the peak, and a continuous ridge vent keeps air moving under the roof. This one step takes care of all the edges where leaks usually start.
"Super efficient and on time. Couldn't ask for anything better!"

What a Roof Replacement
Looks Like With Us.
Most homeowners only replace a roof once or twice. Here's what the process looks like when you work with us.
Free Inspection & Consultation
We get on your roof, document everything with photos, and walk you through what we find, including decking condition, ventilation, and any areas of concern. If your roof has years left, we'll tell you.
Materials & Scope
You choose your shingle profile and color, and we write up a detailed scope with materials, labor, timeline, and pricing. Everything is itemized. If storm damage is involved, we help with the insurance documentation too.
Installation Day
We prep the site and work through every layer you saw above. Someone from our team stays on-site with the crew the entire day. Most homes are finished by end of day, and you'll know the timeline before we start.
Warranty & Protection
Magnetic nail sweep, full site cleanup, and a walkthrough with you. You get manufacturer and workmanship warranties, before-and-after photos, and our direct line. If your gutters or fascia need attention, we can handle that at the same time.
"Finished our entire roof in one day, cleaned everything completely."

Questions
Everything homeowners ask before replacing their roof.
It depends on your roof's size, pitch, material choice, decking condition, and code requirements. After a free inspection, we provide a detailed written proposal with itemized pricing.
If storm damage is involved and your claim is approved, insurance typically covers the full scope, and your deductible is usually all that's left.
Most standard residential replacements are completed in 1–2 days. Larger homes, steep-pitch roofs, or projects with unexpected decking damage may take an additional day.
We communicate the timeline clearly before work begins so there are no surprises.
Our standard is GAF Timberline HDZ, the #1 selling architectural shingle in North America. It has LayerLock® technology, a lifetime limited warranty, a Class A fire rating, and a wind warranty up to 130 MPH when installed with GAF starter strips at the eaves and rakes, which we use on every GAF shingle roof.
We also offer premium options like GAF Grand Sequoia and Camelot for homeowners wanting a distinctive look.
If your roof has documented storm damage from hail, wind, or fallen debris, your homeowner's insurance may cover replacement.
We document the damage, provide detailed reports, and meet with your adjuster on-site to make sure the scope matches what actually needs fixing.
No. We coordinate everything beforehand: materials delivery, dumpster placement, and scope of work. We'll walk the completed project with you at the end.
If you're unavailable, we'll send photos and documentation of the finished work so you can review everything at your convenience.
Every GAF shingle roof we install comes with a GAF limited warranty on the shingles and qualifying accessories, plus our own separate workmanship warranty on our installation.
As a GAF Certified Plus™ Contractor, we can also offer you certain GAF enhanced warranties, including the Silver Pledge™ Limited Warranty, which provides 10 years of workmanship coverage on qualifying roofing systems.
Ask us whether your roof qualifies, and visit gaf.com/warranties for complete coverage and restrictions and gaf.com/lrs for qualifying GAF products.
